Between 1999 and 2004 I built a number of applications that powered the automation of  DNA profiling at the Forensic Science Service.  Incident logging was not what it is today, this software I built allowed scientists to log system instrument issues without leaving the laboratory.

I know in 2019 that this all seems standard, but in 2000 this was cutting edge stuff.
