Established cross functional Agile portfolio for a project hub

Establishing an entirely new function to funnel all projects through a hub, the goal was to ideate and verify benefits in 10 Agile squads and continue the delivery of priority initiatives in the already established technology squads where required.

The solution was to establish, train, mentor, and coach three work-steam leads, 10 squad leads and hundreds of squad members in Agile/Scrum practices and Agile principles. At the same time, establish a quarterly cadence and SAFe practices to ensure a controlled flow of work through the system.
