Project to Product for consumer website teams on September 03, 2020 The desired outcome was simple, enable four Agile Scrum teams to work autonomously on the same product (www.bupa.com.au), while at the same time delivering outcomes that contributed to business led projects. The solution was the transformation of a number of practices, these included a lot of SAFe practices and a system of fixed cadence releases that were shared and free of project constraints.
